On a monthly call, our business units share information, best practices and technology to benefit the greater good of the company. Every employee is accountable to create and maintain a safe workplace, and daily Gemba walks, safety improvement suggestions, and implementation of Operational Excellence standard work practices create continuous improvement across all facilities.
