Our commitment to diversity and inclusion extends throughout all levels of the organization. In 2022, we established the Inclusion Advisory Council, a collaboration of employee voices that inform and align the company’s commitment to inclusivity. This group helps elevate our culture and refine policies and procedures to reflect the diverse world we live in. We are continually driven to do better, achieve more and refine our efforts to identify opportunities for improvement and establish key targets.
