BELLEVILLE, Wisconsin – July 2012 – Federal Industries, a leading manufacturer of fresh food display cases, introduced today their new Sandwich or Salad Prep Case over Refrigerated Self-Serve Merchandiser designed with impulse sales in mind. The new models are: SSRSP5052, SSRSP5952 and SSRSP7752. These attention grabbing merchandisers allow for preparing sandwiches or salads along with offering impulse sales of prepared foods, sandwiches, salads and beverages
The merchandiser is available in lengths of 50", 59" and 77". The top prep area has a stainless steel condiment well that accepts foodservice pans. A 10" deep work surface is provided for sandwich or salad prep. The prep board is removable so that the case can fit through a standard door opening. The bottom portion is refrigerated self-serve with a solid black shelf for merchandising. Optional sliding rear doors and a rear storage area are available for the bottom portion
With modern styling and EZ View glass ends the merchandiser encourages impulse sales. It also has enhanced refrigeration performance utilizing our Clear Coil refrigeration control system delivering precise electronic temperature control, on demand defrost helps prevent coil freeze up and ease of temperature setting. They use less energy with an ECO Choice design incorporating LED lighting, ECM fan motors and PTC condensate evaporator. Reducing daily energy consumption saves money. The merchandisers are DOE 2012 compliant along with UL Safety and Sanitation listed
