I’ve had the opportunity to keep learning, take on new challenges and grow throughout my career. I’m especially proud to have been part of projects that have advanced medical technologies and helped improve people’s lives. Being part of Standex has opened up even more opportunities to grow, along with benefits and programs that support employees and their families. It’s exciting to think about the technologies we’re working on today and the impact they could have tomorrow.

What I enjoy most about working at Standex is the people. There’s a genuine culture of collaboration and support, and I’ve had the opportunity to grow while working alongside talented colleagues who want to see each other succeed.

Here, team is everything. We work well together. There are no egos, and people always jump in to help. We take pride in making products that are critical to the world around us, from medical devices and aircraft to products people use every day. It’s wonderful to know our work makes a real impact.
