Social Responsibility begins with our people. They are the foundation of everything we build, and we invest in their safety, growth, and sense of belonging across every region where we operate.
Standex employs approximately 4,100 people globally, including approximately 1,300 in the United States. Human capital strategy is a leadership priority, overseen by our Chief Human Resources Officer in direct partnership with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
From workplace safety to employee development, here’s how we put our Social Responsibility commitment into practice.
Safety is a top priority at Standex: Not a compliance exercise, but a culture. Our Safety Council, with representatives from every operating site, conducts monthly reviews with the CEO and business leaders to analyze performance and drive continuous improvement.
Standex invests in people at every stage of their career. We offer competitive wages and benefits, structured development programs, and Board-level oversight of succession planning. Our LEAP (Leadership Effectiveness and Potential) program provides a consistent framework for goal setting, feedback, and growth.
Standex conducts an annual Culture Survey, administered by an independent third party, translated into 17 languages, and open to all employees globally. Results are reviewed by the Board of Directors, shared through Standex Exchange, and cascaded to every segment for local action planning.
